pain after a stroke

i'm wondering if anyone has had any pain fron areas that were eftived by a stroke??i know it sounds wierd but i had a brain anurysm reputure.my right side of my body except for my finger tips i can'nt feel.i get alot of pain from my right foot.we have been trying to find out why for around 3yrs.my nuro say it's not normal to have pain but that does'nt stop it.i think it's from the way i'm walking i've tryed different braces with no luck.anyone with any help i'd appriceate.thanks for reading
