Hi Harold,

Your TSH looks very good (the lasted thinking is that it should be between a 1 to 2 range) but...TSH is not the be all and end all test that conventional medicine
has claimed it to be. More information is coming out all the time to indicate that it should be used
with Free T4, Free T3, and thyroid antibody testing. And if those don't turn up anything don't give
up as there has to be a reason that you have those symptoms and your Doctor needs to be made
to look into everything.

I don't think that the specialty of the Doctor counts as much as the individual. Endo's can be as ignorant about Thyroid issues as
any other Doctor. What's really important is how he/she listens to you. Does your Doc take your symptoms seriously or just dismiss them?
If your Doc isn't taking your symptoms seriously and try to find answers for you then you need a new Doc!

What kind of symptoms are you having?

Tina

: I recently had a physical and my THS results were 1.81. Will someone explain that for me? I have symptoms consistant with thyroid problems, but my internest says no. Should I see an endocrinologist?
