Can alopecia be caused by Hypo or synthroid? Is there a natural alternative to synthroid? I can not take herbs because I'm allergic to salycilates and yellow dye. Reaching my saturation level to both was caused by taking 1.0 mill. of synthroid for a couple of years, so my doctor switched me to two .05 mills instead. This is something others may want to consider doing before they reach that saturation level.
