Hi Ferruccino,

I was hoping to see someone with more knowledge on Alternative Threapys answer your question.
I haven't tried any of them yet, but as soon as I can I plan on resuming yoga. It's been a long time since I've been
free enough from pain and weakness in my muscles and joints to even think about doing yoga. What has help relieve this pain and weakness
for me, is going on to the natural thyroid Armour. I also have the autoimmune part of this disease, although the Doctor that ran the antibodies testing never told me about
it or dx'ed me with either Grave's or Hashimoto's. I only found out about it after 2 years by demanding copies of all my medical records.

I have heard about people using yoga, acupuncture, or Ayurveda with great success. I would think that you. in Singapore, would have easy access to any of the Natural or (what we call) Alternative Therapys.
My husband told me that Singapore has one of the most diverse cultures in the world, could it have changed in the 30 years since he's been there?
I wish Western medicine would adapat the wisdom of the Chinese and Indian medicine and treat the whole patient instead of parting us out, by over specialization.

Hope you'll let us know if you find a good practitioner and how the therapy that you choose goes.

Best of luck,
Tina
