Your TSH indicates you are hypothyroid. Usually with hypothyroid you gain weight easily and can have depression. Anxiety can be a symptom of hyperthyroid so it is unlikely that your anxiety is due to a thyroid problem. Synthroid can help you lose weight that you might have gained from being hypothyroid.
