I was on PTU but not stable and not ovulating. You can go the basil route or they have those one step test to see if you are ovulating. I tried for 3 years then had my throid removed and stabilized my levels and concived in 5 mo. Most will say surgery is too radical and to go with RAI. That's up to you and your doctor to find the best solution. I wish you the best of luck.
