Hi Dale, Are you switching from Snythroid or another T4 only hormone? If so I can send you a conversion chart. If you are converting then you probably won't need to have a TSH more than every 4-6 wks until you find the best dose, for you. However if you are starting on Armour first then TSH should be checked every 2 to to 4 weeks while you are adjusting and finding the best dose for you. Let me know if you need the conversion chart.
