Hi Mick,

I added Snythroid (apx. 25 mcg.) back in with my Armour (1 grain) over a month ago. I needed extra hormone but I couldn't tolerate any more T3 than I was already getting with the grain of Armour. Since I started out with hyperthyroid that had caused CHF I have to be very careful about getting an excess of T3. This combination isn't the best yet, may take a while longer to find the best combination. I think the best dose and combination are hard for me to find because of the thyroid antibodies that seem to attack more at times.
I got the idea from others who's Doctors had Rx'ed combining them. BTW..I will be switching the Snythroid to Unithroid as soon as it is available. While it may not make a big difference, I won't have to be "as" concerned about getting potency problem that have occured with all the synthetic T4's.
