: I added Snythroid (apx. 25 mcg.) back in with my Armour (1 grain) over a month ago. I needed extra hormone but I couldn't tolerate any more T3 than I was already getting with the grain of Armour. Since I started out with hyperthyroid that had caused CHF I have to be very careful about getting an excess of T3. This combination isn't the best yet, may take a while longer to find the best combination. I think the best dose and combination are hard for me to find because of the thyroid antibodies that seem to attack more at times.

While it may not make a big difference, I won't have to be "as" concerned about getting potency problem that have occured with all the synthetic T4's.

Things are going okay, cept for financial concerns. Thanks for sharing the above. BTW, what is a "grain"? The armour I'm taking is 60 MG. Is that a "grain"?
