Wait a bit or forget it. When I am out on the fringes reminding me of my problem could make it worse. Then when I do feel better if it isn't a life threatining thing I would rather forget. You could always discuss this with him when his levels are bak to normal. He may have a different view and may like to know. I wish you the best.
