Hi Tina,
Thanks for the info. An important point I forgot to mention was that my antibody levels are sky high.(6 million to 1) Everything that I can find points to Hashimotos disease (although my doctor has not said thats what it is). I am wondering if my antibodies are causing me to not get enough thyroid even though my tsh levels are normal. I will definately try out the web sites and books that you suggested. Thanks again
