I am haveing alot of trouble keeping up with my thyroid med. for hypothyroidism. How important is it to take it exactly on time? Any ideas as to how to remember to take it beside posting a sign "Take the Medicine" ??? I have to take it at breakfast and 2 hrs. after lunch.
