: : I'm at my wits end......i'm having terrible hair loss and have been tested for thyroid and autoimmune problems....all my tests have come up very normal.....
: : i'm so stressed out about this i can't sleep......

: There are a lot of things including stress and deit that can cause hair loss along with genitics and other medical conditions. When I started to loose bad my stylist suggested Nioxin. This is a shampoo, conditioner, and tonic. I had good results with the product. Try searcing on the Mayo hospital site for hair lose. or ask.com and ask.

Wilson's Syndrome or also called Low Body Temperature can cause hair loss. It is where you have a low body temp. along with other symtoms. It is when your T4 thyroid horomones don't convert to T3 thyroid horomones. I would hope that you at least read up on it & see if this could possibly fit your problem. I went to a LOT of doctors until I finally found one that had heard of this. All the other Dr's said that everyones body temps run different but I just knew something else was wrong. I started taking a med. called Cytomel and everyone around me notived the change and I felt good for the first time in a long time. Not sure this will help but at least it is worth looking into I think. Best of luck.
