I saw an earlier post where you reccommended the book "The Thyroid Solution." I just came from the book store and saw several books on the subject of the thyroid. One thing I am most interested in is trying to lose the weight that I gained before being dx with hypothroidism. Do any of the books you have read specifically cover that? Which one would you reccommend?
