I got most of my info out of the Thyroid Solution, written by the Chief of endocrinology of a major hospital.
The TRH test is Thyroid Releasing Hormone which is injected into the blood at intervals nd the TSH is measured each time. If the TSH goes up a certain ammount, it shows the level is off for you.
My TSH was last at .99, and I still think I may need some T3 so we plan to try it. We are all so different. I can't judge your TSh, or needs. If I have too much T4 I do get hyper symptoms. My doc will over dose and then back down to be sure her patients have enough.
I just had a new TSH done and will report it when I get it in the mail. Soon.
Let us know how you are OK? TF
