: Hi there,
I saw your post and thought I would send you a reassuring note so you may try to calm your poor nerves. I know a little of how you feel after going thru both hyper and hypo to extreme degrees twice. You need to know it will get better if you have the right doctor. It is scary when you know too much but it can be scary not knowing enough. I think it might help you if you limit your reading to smaller sessions. That way your might not be overwhelmed at once. Try to remember as hard as it is that it could be far worse than what you have. I do this and it helps me when I am getting myself worked up. I have had to have some not very pleasant tests recently and the anxiety was high, what helped me was to read about tests much worse than what I was going thru, for the ones that were bad were really bad. I felt better. Anxiety is hard to quell when we are on the hyper side of disease so you must cheak to see if your dose is too high now and lower it if it is with your doctors ok of course. My dose was way too high on armour and I was a mess. It is better now, different but better. I hope you do better and remember we can do a lot to bring ourselves to a better place. E-mail me if you wish or post and I do hope you find improvement soon.
