I looked up an older post from MaryLynn, and copied and posted it on the FM board to you.
She has Hashimoto's disease.
Sweating is a symptom of hyperthyroidism, I think. You can do a web search on that or see about.com/thyroid and search there, and ask questions on that board, too.
Under the arm pain may or may not be related to the heart. I know the symptoms widely vary, tho there are more common symptoms. One can have any, all, or the reverse, or none of the symptoms.
I think there can be over 200 symptoms.
The thing is, the thyroid controls all body balance and so if not working properly, it can affect any part of the body.
I wondered if I was losing my mind before I was finally DXed properly and treated.
