I have been diagnosed with this complicated, chamelion disease. I call it that because one day you can eat health food and your body says it's rotten and the next day it's great. I gained 30kgs in a week and a half about 9 months ago and have been on a merry-go-round with doctors and alternative health practitioners ever since. I've been on Armour for about 12 weeks, feeling better but have not lost any weight and look like a little pudding. I thought there might have been a solution when I read the article on Thyro-Start, only to find it contains kelp,B6, B12 and Iodine. Why is it that somebody does not bring out a weight program for us Hashi sufferers. I usually go dancing, but haven't been able to until now, but, I'm getting muscle cramps. I've just started on some Chinese herbs and in conjuction with the Armour, a physio and the acupuncture treatments, I hope to be the usual, slim, taught, terrific and sexy me once more. I had my glan removed about 35 years ago, and for two years I was great, but since then, with doctors in their wisdom changing my dosage, I have been to hell and feel that I'm coming back. The only thing I attribute to this is my will 'not to give up', I really feel there must be an answer. I'm no allergic to so many things, including, Penecillin and cortosone which is a bit of a worry considering I'm going to be 60 in a few months. I'm young thinking, (if I can think at all at the moment), and usually vibrant but I really feel like I've been astral travelling, and left my body behine and picked up this little pudding shape, maybe I just wanted to see what it was like to have a voluptious bustline, ok, I've seen what it's like, so, where's my body, has anyone found a 36 24 26 168cm tall body anywhere,it's possibly mine, and I really would like it back, it was lost about 9 months ago. I have treated your body well and tried to contribute to it's wellness, but, I really would like mine back.. help!!! I'm also concerned because the last blood test on the Armour I was told I was being over replaced, I asked the doctor, does that mean I'm going to stay size 18 to 20 for ever? he said he hoped not. So do I. Is there anyone out there who has an answer?
