I am in the U.K and have been trying to lose weight for 6 months now, with no joy whatsoever. I am 4 stone overweight. I also suffer from slight depression and a reduced sex drive. I have recently had a thyroid function test. The results show a TSH level of 5.84, this seems to show slight hypothyroidism to me, although the verdict by my doctor was normal. Also my free T4 level was quoted at being 14.6!!!! This level is higher than any I have read about anywhere...surely this must be wrong!Can anyone help me please!!
