I too was Hyper and apparently I fixed myself up and now after 8 months I went to the Doc and my thyroid is apparently normal.
I am cold & tired too who fidgets constantly.
Although, I don't eat much I have gained a considerable amount of weight.
I too get really thirsty.
But you know what, speaking to my mum and other women over 40, you will find that 99 precent of them have gone through the same stuff we are going through but because the thyroid issue wasn't so well known about then, everyone thought it was normal and just got on with life.
What I had found for myself was that if I steered clear of Salty foods like chips and popcorn and red meat I'd see a big improvement in the way i felt. Processed food is a bad thing.
But like I said before, I just reckon everyone goes through feeling like this at some time or another...it's just up to you to monitor and see what helps you...I guess we are what we eat!!!
