i was diagnosed with a hypothyroid mearly 3 months ago and was put on 50mg of thyroxine a day, i have since had another blood test and my medication has been maintained at 50mg but my doctor said that i would start to lose weight quite quickly but nothing. can anyone advise how long in their experience it takes.
