I just ran a marathon. Really. 26.2 miles. 4 months of training. 5-6 days a week, watched my diet, crosstrained, you name it. Everyone says I look "fine." But I was consistently asked if I was there for the 8k. No one can believe that I am a long distance runner by looking at me. I'm not overweight. I'm "average." But I am not thin. I cannot seem to shed my layer of fat and get truly "in shape." What can I do? Is my medication wrong? Any help on loosing my "layer?"
