Newly diagnosed

hello, I am newly diagosed with hypo . I went to the doctor for having too much hair on my arms . They tested my hormones and found that my male hormones were normal. The endo told me my thyroid was not normal. I show no symptoms of hypo, is this normal. She has put me on Levoxyl 0.1MG. daily. Can anyone explain what could be my problem. The Dr. was not able to talk to me, the nurse was not knowledgeable at all about the disorder. Will the hair on my body go away? please help me if anyone knows an answer.
