Although there are more common symptoms for hyper and hypothyroidism, one can either, all or any symptoms with both.
Tha is why it can be so easily mis or undiagnosed by symptoms alone.
I know sisters where one is hyper and overweight and the other is hypo and reed thin...go figure!
