I was so depressed I was practically suicidal when I was "borderline" hypo. I was considered to eb manic depressive, but wasn't at all.

I am pretty much just fine now, after my TSH was brought lower then is commonly thought to be normal. TSH test does not indicate any specific person's needs, or how much thyroid anyone actually uses. Symptoms are much more reliable.
One may have any, all, or no symptoms, by the way.
