Got my first mouth gaurd today. I am to wear it at night. My dentist also recommended I wear it when I drive as that seems to be a very tense time for me. Well, I wore it on the 40 min. drive home and I am happy to say that I did not experience the severe tension in my jaw and neck that I usually do. I know it is a long way to recovery but I am excited that at least I know this gaurd will help at least somewhat. Good luck to all :)
