After months of medicines, doctors (including dentist, myofacial specialist, ENT, physical therapy, acupuncture, diet change, bite plate, neck contraptions, and total frustration, I finally tried a medication that got rid of my constant earaches, neck ache, and jaw soreness. It may not work for everyone, but if it will help just one or two people, it might be worth a try. The medication is Flexeril, and doesn't have as many side effects as some of the other muscle relaxants I have used. I guess I learned that you just have to keep plugging away til you find something that works for you. I was 80-90% better just 2 hours after trying this med. Good luck to you.
