Dee, I went to a very expensive dentist, he was the only one I could find in my area, so maybe not all dentists charge that much. They do last a long time, ive had mine for 3 months, not one sign of damage. Even if you did pay $400, like I said it is well worth it, relief from pain, just imagine!
