: : I have both fibro and TMJ; in fact, apparently TMJ can be a localized form of fibro, especially(as in my case) when the problem is not so much in the joints, but in the chewing muscles. Does anybody else have both of these medical marvels at once!

: : Thanx: Al

: I was diagnosed with TMJ a few months ago. Finally the pain started to subside however, I started feeling pain in my shoulders and back a lot with a lot of leg pain, joint pain, anxiety etc. I have had tests for arthritis, liver, inflammation of the body, thyroid and diabetes all are normal I am convinced I have fibro and I am also convinced it is all related to the TMJ

Paige,

I also have TMJ and began having neck, shoulder and back pain and then severe leg pain, joint pain, fatigue, etc. I have also had all the blood tests and all were normal. Have you had anyone make a diagnosis of FMS? I am in the process of seeing a rheumatologist. Hopefully he can help me.

Thanks Susan
