I am suffering as we speak. You need to know that you are not alone and time is the only solution for TMJ. I have had it since I was 8 and lately it has gotten worse. Luckily I have an orthodontist that requires that I see him on almost a weekly basis to check up on my jaw. Maybe you show find an orthodontist that specializes in TMJ.
