I seem to have it both too, I've just gotten diagonose by my last dentist about both of them during this year but both of them stay with me for years (more than 5). Things that people like us can do is to try adjust our life style to make myself live more comfort, but it may seem so lazy for other sight. Daily food that we have is common thing we can adjust first. Try to take care of any food that you sensitive after having it by hours or by night. For me, many fat food could make me more bad in the morning. Try to stop your FM is not easy but we can reduce it until we can live with less pain. I'm in Thailand with both symtom are not good know as in US, so I cannot give you any more medication information. The one best thing I realize is only self-adjustment of live style might reduce this strainful pain.
