Facial Pain

My disorder is not so much in the jaw joint, but in the chewing muscles. They cramp, contract, grind, are in spasms continually. Eventually all the internal facial muscles and neck and upper back muscles are affected, and the pain is unbelievable. Anti-convulsants have helped a little(Neurontin), and pain-killers(God bless'em) help me survive. My drs aren't getting anywhere, but I haven't given up. Does anyone have this sort of facial pain...Every kind of therapy and med has been tried. Al awpcwp@cs.com
