About two weeks ago, I was chewing gum and had this feeling of dizziness/lightheadedness. I shrugged it off, but it has continued. I feel it when I chew, sneeze, cough, blow my nose, and other times, too. I went to my GP who diagnosed sinusitis/dysfunctional eustachian tubes. She prescribed a decongestant. Took it for almost a week and no change. I went to my ENT and he said based on my description of my symptoms, I had TMJ. He said take motrin and use warm compresses. That was a week ago. No change. Who's right? It's really hard to describe the feeling I get. I don't get all disoriented or unfocused and the room's not spinning or anything. It's almost like something in my head constricts/expands when I chew, sneeze, cough, blow my nose. I wish I could explain it better. I'd appreciate anyone's thoughts on this. Thanks.
