Yup, me too... For me it seems to relate to how hard the day is going. The doctors have me taking some sleep meds to assist in a good nights sleep, and have recently reffered me to physical therapy for electronic stimulation in the neck and shoulder regions, coupled with therapeutic stretching of the neck muscles to increase range of motion. This actually does work, they explain it as the headaches are a result of the constriction of the neck muscles throughout the day. My shoulder muscles and neck are pretty much constantly in restriction. Since starting the program, I do feel better.
