Hello everyone. I am new here and desperately trying to find something to help eliminate the dizziness I've been experiencing. An ENT told me I probably have TMJ muscle strain. Now, I've heard that Vitamins B-3, B-6, B-12 are helpful. Also, COQ 10, whole ginger root, Ginko, magnesium and meclizine are helpful too. My question is "What causes dizziness in TMJ? Is it poor circulation to the brain or is it more like excessive fluid. I realize that supplements and herbs work for specific problems, so maybe this answer will help me narrow down what I should try first. Boy, do I need someone to answer this asap. I'm really tired of this feeling. Thanks in advance.
