: I've broken teeth in my sleep due to severe TMJ. Then I wore a bite plate for 6 years. A year ago, I was poisoned by caffeine and ended up in a hospital, because my personality had spun out of control. Not one doctor knew what was wrong. After a year of research, with the help of other professionals, I now know that caffeine is a major culprit of this and many many other things. And you don't have to be drinking gallons a day. One cup can cause it. I'm in the process of filing a civil action lawsuit against the caffeine company. If you're interested, please email me. I will do the work. I need others to share their stories, but everything sent to me will be confidential.
Are you saying that you are allergic to caffine? Obviously any stimulant can cause an increase someones tendency to grind. And what do you mean, "caffine company"? Are you going to sue every coffee, cola, chocolate, and stimulant producer? As far as I know, there is no company that produces caffine. Sorry if I seem skeptical, but if someone is sensitive to a certain chemical or prouduct, it is their responsibility to avoid that substance. I also think it is irresponsible to tell people that caffine causes tmd! A whole bunch of things contribute to tmd and you can't pin the blame on any one thing. One more thing. I work in the medical field and have never heard of caffine causing a personality disorder. Perhaps you had one all along and didn't know it?
