Dear friend: Many times dry mouth is a result of medicine side effects--are you taking any that may be doing this? I recommend an over the counter mouth wash called BIOTENE,sold at Walgreens...it can be a big help. I doubt if your salivary glands are jeopardized, tho the dry mouth is no fun.
