nj guy Member Posts: 304 From: usa Registered: AUG 2001	posted 08-01-2002 12:34 AM          Im a 20 yr old male who suffers from mild to sometimes even worse acne. for about a couple months at least now my upper legs thigh area seems to have pimples on them. But the thing is i dont know if there pimples. It seems like what cause i know it is nasty but pushed some and the nasty crap came out. I was trying to think what else it can be? I do have a dog so i was thinking maybe flee bites but he never had flees and i vaccum and my house is kept well cleaned. SO i guess it is acne but it seems odd spot. i dont really care about it that much casuse no one can see it but im so curious. thanks nj guy

When I came home from college this past May I started getting pimples all around my thigh area. I looked around on the internet and I guess it might be folicitus (Sp). However, I just made sure to wash with soap and often with my face wash and they cleared up. But its nothing serious and if they were like mine, they shouldn't bother all that much. Although they were itching pretty bad.

It may not work to just vacuum, you might have to get stuff like powder to put on the carpet and then vacuum, but becareful it doesn't hurt your dog! Lots of them can kill animals! Go figure. You have to be a freakin genius practically to figure this crap out. Anyways. I got the same pimple things but I think mine was from Nair. Just wash really good with a loofah or something, it seems to go away.

A few months after I turned 21, I started to get those nasty little pustules on my upper thighs too. I was definitely a little freaked out at first and thought it may have been insect bites or something like that, but I definitely think it was acne in retrospect. They lasted about a year and a half or so, and are pretty much gone now, but I found washing with antibacterial soap and a salicylic acid wash really helped to keep them in check. I shave my entire arm so could that be the cause? They are tiny whiteheads, nothing huge or anything just kina unsightly but not itchy at all.
