i wanna get my narvel pierced before i go on hoilday which is in less than 4 weeks time but...IM SCARED...my friends who have already had it done say it doesn't hurt (maybe not for them) but im REALLY SCARED OF PAIN..i can just about have injections & blood tests...how can i prepare myself for this? is there anyway?
how long does it take to heal?
are they any side effects?
i've also heard that it can go wrong causing alsorts of problems like blood poisoning...should i or shouldnt i get it done? thanks

Well plenty of my friends have gotten their navel pierced, some said it hurt, some didn't.
One stayed infected for a year, and didn't look good.
One was infected for a little while, and got better.
One was just fine.
You can't really tell. Just take care of it once you get it, and don't neglect to cleanse it.
I'm really sensitive to pain also, but if you want it bad enough, go for it.
It might not even hurt, everyone's different, you know how far you can handle pain.

But I think belly rings look really cute, and there is such a variety of rings you can put in there.
