Mine was this HUGE one that grew right in the middle of my nose, not on the bridge or the tip, the middle. it was the biggest thing i've ever seen. to make things worse, i had to get my school picture taken the next day. this is when i was in 8th grade. i had a scar for a long time, and it's still there but not a bump anymore. i've also had a couple of huge whiteheads right under my nose. ouch! looked like boogers. the worse ones for me are the one's around my lip and nose. they are so damn painful and visable. the worse one I've ever had was on the tip of my nose, i looked like rudolph. IP: Logged |

The worst I ever had was in 10th grade. It was HUGE and filled w/ that gross white pus crap. It was like half an inch under my lip and hurt like hell. Unfortunatly I had to bring that damn thing w/ me to school and my whole section of Spanish class voiced their opinion on it cause some stupid girl was like, you should pop that damn thing. I felt like slapping her. The funny thing is that I have gotten the last laugh. She has acne to some degree and she obviously pops her pimples. 2 years later I have no sign of the pimple while she still has scars on her face, some are actually pitted. Wonder if she would still want to offer her advice? IP: Logged |

Mine wasn't so much the pimple as it was the outcome of the pimple. It was one of those little buggers, right in between my eyes. I was a freshmen in high school, and I had just started to get more than a few pimples on my face. Unknowingly, I picked at it, and kept picking, and it got worse. One Saturday, I was at home the entire day, and I kept applying Clean and Clear Acne cleanser - the stuff in the purple tube - to it. It's 10% benzoyl peroxide! Within days, I had a HUGE dry patch right in between my eyes, and it seemed like nothing helped. So what did I do? I picked at that, and it turned red, it would flake, and it was just plain ugly. And it wouldn't go away...finally, I invested 6 bucks in some neosporin, and that helped it go away rather quickly. Every time I get a semi-bad pimple in an unfortunate place, I remind myself of that, and I feel a little bit better about it not being THAT bad! IP: Logged |

I had one on my forehead that protruded out so far it looked like a HORN!And that sucker hurt too.I blamed that one on salon selectives hairspray!Also too when I was a teenager I did have zits on my forehead.A whole forest full.Well I got my hair permed and all the chemicals they used on the perm,popped my zits and my forehead was bleeding.Thant's how strong the chemicals were! hmmmm... my worst pimple was when i was a freshman and i got this HUGE pimple right under my lips. the funny thing about it was that there were 2 pimples in the same spot! it was so wierd so imagine 1 pimple, then another pimple growing out of the side of it >.< Another story is when i applied this neutrogena acne patch or i think thats whta its called. You leave it on over night and it's suppose to help the pimple. Well that's what i did but then it ended up burning the pimple + the skin surrounding it. I really just have the problem of not knowing when to stop trying to pop the pimple. So then I start picking at the broken skin, and then I'm left with like a wound. I have one of those right now right next to my nostril. It's horrible b/c you can't even cover those unnoticeably b/c it's like a cut. I can be so stupid sometimes. IP: Logged |

Ugghhhh...I had one HUGEEEEE one on my nose. It literally stayed for over a month!! I had to go to a dermatologist to actually put a cortizone shot in it to go away! And when I got the pimple, a few days later I had to fly to MN to visit my boyfriend who only saw me every two months or so at that point. I was SOOOO embarassed. Especially when he wanted to introduce me to his boss!! I had to go to work like that for a month too. So finally I figured it just wasnt going away so went to a derma who kind of popped it with a shot. Left a brown spot which took forever to go away! Bleck!! IP: Logged |

vwfishy, I had one just like yours: right in the middle of the nose. This was when I was about 17. It stuck out so far that it changed the whole profile of my nose. It was red and throbbing for about a week, and felt hot to the touch. It went down on its own, but I lived with the red mark for months. Another time I had two under my nose, one right smack below each nostril. Symmetrical. Big, pus filled ones, which I'd squeeze but which would quickly return. Ick. IP: Logged |

I had a few bad ones while on accutane. They were usually the leftovers from when a pimple *died*. I think I had a cyst under one eyebrow which was like this hard lump under my skin. One day a zit came which I eventually popped and this red bloody/puss-like stuff came out which seriously reminded me of jelly. It was all mucky and stuck together. I had another like that on the right hand side of my face. Anyone know what these are? IP: Logged |

Imagine this if you will, first take your index finger and your thumb and make a circle (or the o.k. sign) now place that on the side of your chin, but just about touching the outside corner of your mouth. Ok, this is how big of an area I had 27 - yes I counted them - cysts.  Lovely little gene I got from my dad~  I had a SEVER allergic reaction to Clinique, I missed a week of school, I was a sophomore in hs. Gosh, there have been so many... I'd have to say the worst was when I woke up in the middle of the night to throbbing pain in the center of my forehead. Yes, the cyst woke me up. I popped it using qtips and thought it would go down a bit by morning... NOPE. I woke up to a know the size of 1/2 a golf ball in the middle of my forehead. It was very shiny and ten times lighter than the skin around it. It seriously looked like someone had whacked me in the head. And to make matters worse, I got a second one that day about an inch away from that one. Yep, 24 hours later I had two knots on my forehead. Now, tell me how you cover up something like THAT?!?!?!?! OK imagine four CYSTS popping up between your eyebrows five days before the first day of school! There were HUGE, and silly me thought popping would be a good idea. Yea I popped them, hurt SO BAD and it left me with four big scabs between my brows. It looked so disgusting, but luckyly three days before school started I discovered concealer. But I litterally peeled a layer of skin off one of them...do u ever wonder what drives us to do such stupid things?! oh yea.....ZITS! IP: Logged |

Oh man ive had soo many where do i start... i guess lucky for me(well so far!!) ive only eva had one bad one at a time (touch wood!!!) The worst one was likehalf on my nostil half on my face it was horrible!! Not only did it hurt like hell but it made one nostril look so much bigger than the other one! ok...i had this 1 BIG sucker right on my nose...hurt like hell was the biggest cystic pimple i'v ever seen. my mom said not to pick at it...so i didn't and now i got a chicken pocks - like scar on my nose..its elevated..however it blends in really well with my skin (thank god) but if u study it...u can see the huge scar IP: Logged |

The worst pimple I've had, and the worst thing I've ever done to one... was when I was in fifth grade. I had my first (the first of many) huge cyst, on my chin. I popped it and it scabbed and looked reaaaaaally ****en horrible. And I... put flesh colored nail polish on it! Hahaha!!! I had no idea what concealer was, or even make up. Mines had to be two years ago.... I had a big pimple on my nose and I thought the ones on my face were ugly. It was so much more embarrassing than having it on my face.Then after it swelled it left a big nice black dot on my nose & it looked horrible and it took a whole year for the dot to disappear!! Well my worst pimple came about 2 months ago back in late November- Early December...it lasted like 2 weeks! The horrible thing was I was going to meet a friend of mine that I have never seen before we were internet friends. Turned out she was the most amazing girl I had met. The pimple was about the size of a pencil eraser between my eyebrows just above my nose. But there was a time it looked weird. I had 2 pimple one on each side of the nose, like right where people get there nose pierced. So it looked like both sides were pierced..I cried seriosly it was embarassing IP: Logged |

I have had a recurring cyst that pops out on my forehead. It is the size of a golf ball, and yes, I wish I could perpetuate the story about getting hit by a baseball bat, but I would look pretty foolish by now to have been in the way of a bat repeatedly over the years, especially when I don't even go near softball or baseball fields, LOL. When I was about 11 years old, I got a huge zit on my chin. It was an actual zit in the beginning, and it should have gone away, had I not mercilessly picked and picked at it. The damn thing just wouldn't go away. I kept picking and popping, until one day it did go away, only for me to find that there were about five very tiny whiteheads under it. They weren't actual white heads, just little white pimples that barely showed up. One by one they would protrude and I would have the exact same reaction as the first pimple. This happen to me when i was in the 11th grade. I believe i had a cyst on my chin. It was very painful and no matter how hard i try to squeeze it nothing would come out. It was swollen, so i heard if u put ice on it, it would decrease in size. SO i applied ice for like a good hour and applied BP. The next day my Cyst TRIPLED IN SIZE. When i mean TRIPLED it seems as if someone PUNCH THE CRAP OUT MY CHIN.Lol!!i was like what the hell is going on. And that morning i HAD To go to school cause i couldn't miss my test. Man...I know you've all gone through tons of angst because of your acne...but I really wish I could talk about one single bad pimple I once had...because rights now...while I'm getting a couple new cysts everyday...it's not as if one is bad. Oh man. The worst one I can think of, besides all those horrible after-picking-scabby-pussey-dried-up-can't-possible-cover-up-with-make-up zits, was when I was in 7th grade. (I'm a sophmore in college now and still get moderate break-outs which I can't keep from picking at!) So I got this terrible zit right on the tip of my nose. Not only was it HUGE and red and awful.. it had one huge whitehead and 2 smaller whiteheads all on the same zit! This sucker was awful! At least I don't get those anymore! LOL Im sorry, but I had to from reading some of these posts...hehe ANyways after hearing my story you can laff all you want at me My worst was when one showed up on my ear lob. It got so big that it must of been the size of a beer bottle cap. The thing stayed for 2 weeks and got so bad, that I couldnt use any meds on it. Finally inthe 3rd week, it formed a head, but the thing still wouldnt pop or burst. Everyone thought it was an earring LOL. It was red and white in the centre EWWWWWW. So finally one night after going to the bar, I came home, washed my face....looked up atthe mirror and what do I see? Blood running all th eway down my neck from my ear. The bugger finally bursted open and it was so gross. It took about another month just to heal the scar from all the bleeding This bugger had so much creamy puss stuffed inside it, it even made my ear lob stretch cuz it was so heavy. It was so embarrasing, everyone thought it was an earing. When it bursted there was about half a cup of of puss in it. It was gross. GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!
