Every year around this season my back breaks out something horrible in whiteheads and a few cysts - I can't figure out why. My face does the same, it's always worse around this time of year (between January and April usually)...

Do acne-fighting body washes help at all? Have you tried any in particular you can reccommend? My back feels uncomfortable and when I sleep sometimes it's actually painful and itchy, I want to clear this up as best I can! Please help...

I have pretty bad acne myself... but i just changed to Dial anti-bacterial soap and applying Aloe Vera Gel after I dry. I've only done this for a couple days but Ive seen slight improvement... I'll let you know if further progress down the road if you are interested.

Clean and Clear body wash is good. And use a natural fibre loofah if you can.

Just gonna make a quick update, been washing with dial anti-bacterial soap and applying Fruit of the Earth 100% Aloe Vera Gel afterwards for a few days and it seems to have lightened and softened the red marks on my skin. Its only been a few days but I'm confident I'll see much more improvement. I wash my chest/back/face/neck and shoulders with my hands... I dont want to risk scratching with my spunge.
