i use to have alot of those red/ink/brown marks left behind after a pimple. they stayed there for over two months without fading. i thought they would just go away but i got tired of waiting it out and did an all out war on them. in the morning after i cleanse i put on vita k. then i apply cp serum. in the afternoon i would use scotch tape and peel of the red areas for a few minutes. at night before i go to bed i apply vita k once again and then spot treat my scars with proactiv skin lightening lotion. also once a week i do the 50% lactic acid peel. i also take vitamin c and e daily. i use aloe vera for moisturizer and drink lots of water. its been 3 weeks and all my acne scarsare gone. i have even skin tone. i al;so didnt get any breakouts. just a few pimples but i would of gotten those anyway. at least i dont have acne scars and my skin isnt red/pinkish anymore. theres so many products out there for acne scars and instead of trying one and seeing what works. i use all the products that are good for acne scars and used them all at once. this mite not be a good idea for most people but it worked for me IP: Logged |

does using a scotch tape really help? i used it a few times and it looked like it was opening alot of pores, although i am not sure. maybe i was pulling it hard! IP: Logged |
