I've heard that you should exfoliate a few times a week. How do you do this? What are some good exfoliators? I have dry skin and I don't want anything that would make me peel or turn red (eg. Queen Helene's!) Thanks.

Exfoliating, personally, is the WORST thing I've EVER did!! I don't exfoliate anymore now, and it's probably the best thing. I read places that you should and you shouldn't, and i was, which obviously wasn't working since i was still breaking out...
so anyways, i would though reccomend something to get rid of those dead skin cells more gently, like AHA (ha ha, gental...like a harsh chemical!! that sounds REALLL great...) but since it's summer, try squeezing a lemon and puttting some juice on your face, i did that last summer and it really seemed to help. Also they make some products....but you can try some gentle exfoliaters and see what you think, i think it is different for every person...that's what makes this all such a complex problem. good luck!
