I know this post is just like another recent post about cleansers, but this is about treatment you've tried for red marks/acne scars. I have mild - moderate acne but mainly a lot of very red acne marks (like red dots) over my cheeks and chin,(which looks like acne!)

I've tried:

*Skin patches that help reduce scar visibility (didn't work for me)
*Course of three glycolic skin peels (didn't work for me)
*Neutrogena multi-vitamin moisturiser (not bad, I use that now
*Soap and water with a gentle buff puff/facial sponge (great for smoothing out my skin and looking healthy)
*The sun (great for me)

I've been on roaccutane and hundreds of other acne products but don't know how to help get rid of my awful red marks! What's the best product for scars...anyone? Anyone actually used a product that's gotten rid of scars?

I use Neutrogena's Multi Vitamin treatment. I've been using it for about 3 years now and absolutely love it. It faded my red marks within 2 weeks. and that's with big pimples too! It's perfect as moisturizer as well and isn't greasy.
Best of luck!

I do like the multi-vitamin treatment but it didn't fade my red marks in 2 weeks!! That's great you found something perfect for your skin. I'm going to persist tho as I like it as a moisturiser and it evens out my skintone.

I like Avon's Retroactive cream - it's definately fading old scars.
