Hi Folks,
Well, I posted something similar before, but I think I need to again. My derm recommended Neutrogena Healthy Skin Lotion to help get rid of red spots. Now when I posted this before, people were VERY confused about which Neutrogena product I was referring to because there are so many. This is SPECIFICALLY Neutrogena healthy Skin lotion. It contains Alpha Hydroxide and along sunscreen. It is AWESOME!! I mean, two weeks after using it, my friends were like "WOW! Your skin looks SOOO amazing!" The spots were better and it was a million times brighter, clearer and healthier. My mom saw me this weekend after a long time and was also surprised at how good my skin looked. (I am using Spiro for the acne which has really worked and I hope it continues to!) So folks PLEASE try Neutrogena Healthy Skin Lotion. I just use it once a day under my makeup just as a moisturizer.

I have been using Neutrogena Healthy Skin Face Lotion for SENSITIVE SKIN and I have to say it does do nice things for my skin ... the sensitive skin version has no fragrance (although the fragrance doesn't bother me pesonally) but the AHA in the sensitive skin formula is "buffered" so it won't sting when you put it on ... anyway, it's been about a month or so since I started using this and it really does work good for my leftover marks ... not exactly "intense moisture" but I have oily skin anyway and this does just fine... it also has made me smoother and evened out my tone ... overall I have to give this product props .. it does what it says it will do and more

I've heard so many good reviews about this. Is it good for acne too or just red spots? I'm also wondering if it's okay to use on blemishes as well as red marks.. thanks

WELL ...

It doesn't seem to cause any breakouts for me ...

But I also use BP and BHA so I can't know for sure if it "helps" with acne ... but like I said, it does make your skin look ... well .. healthy !

It's AHA, so it's more for red spots (and wrinkles)... it just helps the skin rejuvenate faster. It's not a spot treater.

If you want somethign to treat acne, you'll want BP. Get the book Acne Cure, and you'll have a better understanding of how to take care of your acne.
