My cheek acne has cleared up now and my skin and very smoothe again but I am left with big rig marks like red rivers running across my face!! I cant feel them but I can see them in the mirror.

Is there any topicals that can get rid of these quickly. Ive tried aloe vera cream but its done nothing.
