ok, so i just got B50 formula, which has all the b vitamins (i think) and B5 (panthenoic acid (sp?)) anyway, it says each pill contains 50mg or 500% of your daily allowance of just the panthenoic acid (sp?)
so, is this good enough or am i just setting myself up for more misery. please, i would love some feedback from b5 users out there.

Well, not misery, but l000 mg equals one gram. I'm taking 6 grams. You don't want to be taking that much of the other B vitamins, JUST the B5.

no i don't think that taking the b50complex vitamin is a fruitless effort... many sites i've visted recommend taking this b50complex vitamin along w/ b5... b/c there is a possibility that you could become deficient of the other b vitamins when you overload the b5... namely b6...

along w/ the complex vitamin i would take b5... they recommend not taking them at the same times during the day though...

if you decide to take b5 alongside the bcomplex......
here is the info i read....

Can consuming large doses of B5 cause a vitamin deficiency?

"YES! B5 has shown, in some causes, to deplete the other B-Vitamins within the body (namely B6). Alongside your B5 regimen, you should also take a basic B-Complex vitamin at the recommended dosage to insure you will not run into any side effects due to (B) vitamin deficiencies. For best results, stick to capsulized B-Complex vitamins and do not take them at the same time as your B5 dosage"

I take B-50 .I don't take it everyday though because it makes me very jumpy.Like every sudden move or sound that something makes will make me jump. Its very nerve racking so I don't take it very often.
