What the hell? It hurts like a friggin B****!!!!!! Its on the inside, upper left of my mouth. How the hell did I get it htere? Why not just have it in my eyeball for pete sakes!!!

Ive tried salt water, but doesnt work...

Someone plz help, It hurts!!!!!! I cant even smile properly without it hurting

Fuzzywuzzy, it seems you always get into the worst zit dilemas,lol.I have never heard of geting a zit in your mouth.Are you sure you haven't ate anthing a little too hot lately?

DAYUM! and i thought a huge one on my ear was bad. i did pop it though with something i had but all this water was just coming out. anyways, sure it aint a kanker or whatever sore or something? cant believe its possible to get one in the mouth. i guess anythings possible. too bad you cant put some benzoyl peroxide up in your mouth. ew!

Umm, I happen to brush AND floss my teeth 3 times a day thank you. I have very nice WHITE teeth, and have never had any gum or dental problems...thank you.

That was a rude comment to her, how do you know if she brushes her teeth or not? well I dont think thats a pimple maybe you just ate something that your body didnt like, could it be a little rash? I dont know you may have bit your lip or something. it will go away. or maybe its a cold sore my sister gets them all the time.

Well it could either be a cold sore or a canker sore, I think its more a canker sore cause I just read your post over and you said its on the inside of your mouth, cold sores are usually on the the lips (there kinda the same thing). They start off like a pimple and HURT alot and sometimes can be itchy. You can buy a cream/gel for it at any pharmacy, Im not sure what the name of the cream was that my sister had. But you can just tell them what you have and they will give you a cream for it.

oh yea I forgot you can catch them from kissing and if someone has it and they touch there sore and then touch you. I dont know that much about it, but it could be that or just something you ate.

sounds like a canker sore and maybe it hasn't fully developed yet. Cold sores are on the OUTSIDE of the mouth and cankers are on the inside. I know they hurt, I have 4 as we speak!!!

try a tea tree oil mouthwash- you can get 'em at health food stores. Should help heal it up.
