When a large pimple has died apply Aloe vera gel on it, in a couple day it will just peel off and go so fast.

IMO, Wether you have 1 big zit, or tons of them it is still annoyig as hell. Its either you have absolutely none or a whole bunch, having a few sucks just as much as having alot.

I have the same thing! It's been a while since the pimple came off (about 2 weeks), so can aloe vera still help me?

first of all C_Sauce is talking about 'a stupid pimple', that does not mean that he only has ONE pimple he could as well have many pimples! and hes talking about a problem which he does not have a solution to, but to which maybe others do. whats wrong with that? after all you probably come to this board to find a solution for your problem also!

Keep loading Aloe Vera gel on it, as soon as it dries blob more on.

Honestly this works best for zits that have just left marks. It should dry it out and it will peel off after a couple days.

I had a large red mark but 2 days after I popped it it was completely gone.

Try Eucerin cream. You can buy them at drug stores.

Correction:

I meant Esoterica, not Eucerin. I heard Mederma is also good although I have not personally tried it.

in the past, i went to a dermo who said those dark spots will fade with some time, maybe a few weeks, maybe a couple months to completely go away. i i used to have a bunch of them and now i'm spot free.

Will it still work? It's been nearly a month and it's still there. I'm african american if that helps any. I don't know if it's a scar or not. How can I tell?

Unhealthy:

I am not sure if you were addressing the question to me, but in response to my suggestion (Esoterica), I have used this for a period of 3-4 months and the red scars and freckles I had (for years) faded. Of course, I am looking into another round of acne breakouts at the present so that means I have fresh new scars (sigh). I also found out that Neutrogena Healthy Skin Lotion (in white container) helps even out the tone and color of your skin.

Goodluck!

I agree with 17!! Wait until your face is covered with scars, red marks, and/or pimples... then this post will later on seem to you as a joke.

Unhealthy123,

I don't know your exact skin tone but I'm black/white. I scar VERY easy and sometimes they take over a year to go away. I use all sorts of cremes and lotion. Though I have not tried aloe vera.
Thanks for the heads up on that one!

Aloe works pretty good. The thing is it leaves the skin flaky, and dry for some reason even though it reads "Helps retain the skins moisture"

I recently started using Aloe gel after nothing else would help, but out of all the things I used Aloe worked the best, fastest on red marks.

I would suggest getting a Real ALoe plant, and using the gel out of its roots, Its real cheap for a large plant and lasts forever, I have been using bottled gel but the real plant gel has been great for alot of people.
