I think what your man's problem is, it is called accostumed to masturbation, When a man masturbate he can control the preasure which is a lot, plus speed, movement etc. But he can't do that with a vagina, the main problem is the preasure.

In order for him to feel stimulated with your vagina and then ejaculate, he needs to start masturbating with his hands in a praying position moving only his tights. Or masturbate with barely preassure, moving his thights but barely putting preasure on his penis.
